Job Description:
1. Responsible for product and industry operations in the Middle East of AliExpress (home&garden, 3C electronics, and fashion), and accountable for industry trading growth results.
2. Capable of understanding local consumer demands and platform supply advantages and disadvantages, finding new opportunities and breakthrough points for the industry, and exploring more unique merchants and products from different countries with a national perspective and national competitiveness（such as brand, price, and character）.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as industry, platform, marketing, and logistics to implement layered product supply operations through various methods, such as self-operated and third-party merchants. Develop annual national product operational strategies.
4. Analyze data and discover user demands, monitor market and competitive changes, and formulate implementation solutions.
Requirements:
5. Bachelor's degree or above with over 2 years of e-commerce or retail experience. Those with their own understanding of industry and product demands, supply chain experience, or brand e-commerce operations experience will be preferred.
6. Localized perspective, familiar with the demands of Muslim populations and Middle East region users, able to keenly identify product opportunities and generate product demand.
7. Strong cross-departmental coordination and resource integration abilities, and able to achieve business results through innovative means under limited resource conditions.
8. Fluent in English, Arabic, or Hebrew is preferred, especially for those with living and working experience in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE) or Gulf Arab regions.
