Peerpoint Is Allen & Overy’s Global Platform For Self-Directed Consultant Lawyers Who Want To Access The Best Work, Clients, Resources And Bespoke Support, Whilst Working On Assignments With Allen & Overy Or Directly With Clients As A Legal Consultant. Typical Assignments Based In Abu Dhabi Or Dubai Are 6 Months In Length And There Are Flexible Working Arrangements Available. Alternatively, Consultants Have The Opportunity To Undertake Assignments For Abu Dhabi Or Dubai Based Clients Remotely From The UK, Australia, Singapore Or Hong Kong.

We Are Currently Looking For Lawyers With A Minimum Of Seven Years’ Top-Tier Post-Qualification Experience In Commercial Real Estate Planning, Development And Transactions, To Provide Interim Support To Allen & Overy’s Award Winning Real Estate Group And Our Clients In The United Arab Emirates.
The Global Real Estate Practice Handles Transactions For A Variety Of Investors, Owner/Occupiers, Developers, Lenders And Financiers, Including The World’s Leading Investment Banks, Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, REITs And Sovereign Wealth Funds. The Team Advises On All Aspects Of Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Including Sales And Purchases Of Direct And Indirect Real Estate Investments, Mixed Use Developments, The Financing Of Property Acquisitions And Developments, Landlord And Tenant Work, HQ Relocations, Investment Fund Formation, Structuring And Joint Ventures. The Team Also Provide Support For Our Clients In The UAE On Large Scale Real Estate Planning And Development Projects.
Successful Applicants Will:
Have A Minimum Of Seven Years’ Post-Qualification Experience At A Law Firm Ranked As Top Tier For Commercial Real Estate Work;
Have Had Exposure To A Variety Of Commercial Real Estate Work, Including Real Estate Planning, Development And Projects, Property Acquisitions And Disposals, Certificate Of Title Review, Landlord And Tenant Work, Corporate Support, The Real Estate Aspects Of Finance Transactions And, Ideally, Some Experience Of Corporate Real Estate/Vehicle Acquisitions; And
Have A Desire To Take Ownership Of Their Career And Be Responsible For Their Own Professional Development And Network, Proactively Making Use Of Any Support And Resources Available.
