Are you an experienced and innovative Social Media Marketing expert? Do you possess a deep understanding of social media platforms and how to utilize them to drive brand awareness and growth?
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Social Media Manager to join our team and lead the charge in expanding our company’s presence in the market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to scale brands & clients’ awareness through social media channels.
- Collaborate with clients to create and execute monthly social media strategies that align with their objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day management of the social media team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Devise actionable plans to expand and retain clients’ followers on major social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Foster engagement and interaction between clients and the company, ensuring a positive client service experience.
- Utilize analytical tools, including Google Analytics, to monitor and report on progress in all social media platforms.
- Supervise the monthly editorial calendar, incorporating sales objectives and initiatives.
- Mentor and empower team members to continuously improve their skills and achieve outstanding results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 7+ years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing, with agency experience considered a plus.
- Proficiency with Social Media Enterprise systems such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating effective social media strategies.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and their application in different scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing a team.
- Experience in building compelling pitch presentations and a successful history of winning accounts/clients.
- Experience in managing corporate and governmental accounts is a plus.
