Deriv UAE Full Job Description:
- Manage relationships with payment service providers to ensure effective collaboration and compliance.
- Conduct daily operations and analyses of the cashier system, optimising transactional efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in order to facilitate smooth payment processing.
- Collaborate with various payment providers to ensure efficient, seamless transaction handling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment processing promptly.
- Test new payment methods for their reliability and effectiveness for user transactions.
- Lead payment systems awareness campaigns and cross-marketing initiatives to help enhance user engagement.
- Coordinate projects with PSPs and the cashier providers, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Working knowledge of payment systems providers
