Prepare admin orders related committees’ works in accordance with the recommendations and directions, and propose appropriate administrative decisions to amend the committees in accordance with the frameworks,
guidelines and policies governing RTA Workings.
# Ensure the continuity of monitoring the performance of corporate committees to meet and achieve RTA requirements and the future directions based on strategic plan in RTA, objectives and indicators relating to committees.
# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
# Participate in reviewing frameworks for committee’s management, including planning, communication, risk management, monitor the performance and achievement in all stages of the work of the committees, and raise relevant periodic reports.
# Publish committee’s governance concept and standards at the level of RTA and manage the practical
application at the level of various committees by ensuring the integration of the concept of governance
committees in the plans to form and follow up the committees at the level of the Authority.
# Follow up the implementation of recommendations and corrective actions related to the system for corporate committees in RTA, propose and develop the mechanisms, policies and manuals in monitoring and follow-up f the committees and the assigned tasks.
# Develop mechanisms to follow up and check CTS (committees tracking system) authorities according to committees management policy in RTA and ensure uploading documentation of supporting documents for committees according to approved corporate models.
# Submit the auditing periodic reports and develop impact and importance matrix for the audit process accordance with RTA committee’s policies and manuals.
# Review work plans and targets for the committees to ensure covering the approved audit criteria for forming the committees and to clarify the results and impact of committees at the level of RTA.
# Follow-up external committees in coordination with the members who are nominated by RTA to represent RTA in the external committees at the level of Dubai Government.
# Study committees tasks in order to ensure that there is no duplication or similarity between the functions of standing committees / temporary teams and commissioning teams.
# Implement and supervise audit operations for RTA committees according to the approved framework for governance, policies and relevant evidence.
# Develop the audit matrix regarding RTA committees in accordance with the approved priorities and in accordance with RTA strategic directions and work reviewing and development according to new trends.

 Education
# Bachelor in Business Administration or any related field from a recognized University.
